Account Suspension & Termination
12.1 Operator's Right to Suspend or Close. The Operator may, at its sole discretion, suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms;
- Failure to complete or pass KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of applicable Philippine law;
- Direction from PAGCOR or another competent regulatory or law enforcement authority;
- Account inactivity for a period of more than twenty-four (24) months.
12.2 Player's Right to Close. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting slot88bet support. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure (after deducting any Bonus Funds and unsettled wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method within ten (10) business days.
